Bamboo Chimes for Hire

The Bamboo Chimes (sometimes known as wind chimes) are a series of thin bamboo tubes attached by fishing wire or nylon cord to a wooden bar. The effect is realised when the hand is passed over the bars creating a magical and sometimes ethereal cluster of tones. Experiments have been made in creating bamboo chimes that have been specifically tuned in quarter tones.
