Real Anvil for Hire
The anvil effect is in great demand in classical music ranging from Wagner to modern contemporary composers. Real anvils provide the best and some would argue clearest sound, although their weight makes them impractical. A good substitute is scaffolding poles cut to differing lengths, or alternative small sections of railway line.
